Richard Baray: Director
Richard has been involved with Caring Hearts with Helping Hands since 2000. He has held the position of Treasurer and is now a Director for the organization. Richard looks forward to helping the organization grow as it works to expand its fundraising events and feed larger numbers of families.
Vladimir Lockhart: Director
Born in the Dominican Republic, Vlad is a Business Entrepreneur involved in Real Estate and the Import/Export business. He joined Caring Hearts with Helping Hands because of his commitment to help those in need with healthcare, food, clothing, shelter and education. He is a proud and passionate member of the team and does as much as he can to help the organization grow and thrive. Vlad puts a great deal of his energies into our annual galas and is usually the man behind the entertainment and the raffle tickets.
Fay Roseman, PhD: Secretary
Dr.Fay Roseman became an active member in Caring Hearts with Helping Hands in 2011 and serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work at New York University and her PhD at Barry University and is employed at Barry University in the Adrian Dominican School of Education as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling..
Hector Morales: Director
Sales and Marketing Executive with over 10 years of experience devising strategy and leading execution of programs in the Americas Region. With extensive project management experience and demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable growth in diverse industries while leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic partnerships, Hector brings to the CHwHH Board a complementary skill set that effectively rounds off what today is a strong leadership team.
On a personal level, Hector firmly believes in giving back to the community and that given the opportunity, every individual will step up for a good cause. This is why he has historically invested significant time and effort to pursue social responsibility causes, lead employee resource groups, mentor youth and organize volunteer activities.
Josefina Caseres: Director
Josefina has been involved with Caring Hearts with Helping Hands since 2008. Her commitment toward helping others started many years ago helping immigrants realized their educational dream. Today, Josefina continues her commitment to those less fortune through her full engagement with Caring Hearts with Helping Hands activities.
Diego Montesdeoca: Director
Diego became a active member of Caring Hearts with Helping Hands in 2009. He is a passionate member of the board working in all aspects of the financial management of the organization. He is involved in helping to extent our mission and to promote our cause of educating and feeding impoverished communities.
